About the Event
The Rules are simple:
Get up! Get out!
We challenge you to at least 20 minutes of exercise. We don't judge on distance or activity. We just want you to Get up! And Get out!
2020 and the start of 2021 has been a tough time for all of us. Sometimes we just need a little motivation and group support to get moving, and that's what this event is all about. We will be running these regularly, so if you can't join this one, no stress! Just register for the next one.
