About the Event
The Rules are simple:
Get up! Get out!
We challenge you to at least 20 minutes of exercise. We don't judge on distance or activity.
Be creative and enjoy yourselves!!
No, you don't need to skateboard! Altho that is also welcomed.
It can be as simple as walking across a bridge with wooden boards.
Or going paddleboarding in the river.
Whatever you come up with, be CREATIVE and be DARING enough to push yourselves a little bit.
It brings a little added surprise to our normal activities.
We encourage everyone to step out of their comfort zone once in a while.
So if your last Get up, Get out activity was biking, try something new this time!
Sometimes we need a little motivation and group support to get moving, and that's what this event is all about.
We will be running these regularly, so if you can't join this one, no stress! Just register for the next one.
This event is ALL day, so feel free to take part whenever. Just be sure to look out for all the other entries via our stories!
