Get up! Get out!

It's simple. Every month there is a new theme.

And then on the same day, wherever you are around the world, we Get up! and Get out! Together.

This month's theme is "Arms" - So as long as your 20 mins exercise includes your arms, you are good to go!

We would just love for you to be outside for 20 minutes and that you let us know what you got up to, so we can share that with the community.
